The Monthly (Development) Extension expands planEASe to produce monthly and quarterly cash flow reports in addition to the standard annual reports. Also adds the capability to project Unit Sales developments such as Subdivisions, Land Development, Condo Conversions and Marina Slips.
The Partnership / LLC Models Adds Limited Partnership and LLC analysis capability to planEASe, enabling you to take any property projected with planEASe and easily convert the analysis into a Limited Partnership or LLC forecast with final reports and graphs suitable for investor presentation..
The Reporting Extension adds the Reports Menu to planEASe, allowing you to produce more reports, these can be useful for Group, LLC, or Partnership Analysis of Land Development, Subdivision, Condo Development (Unit Sales).
The Graphics Extension adds the Graphs to Basic, Detail, Lease, Income Statements. Adds Graph Controls to the graphs in Sensitivity and Risk Analysis, and adds Pie Charts to the Acquisition Report, Sale Report, APOD Report, Annual Statements, and Rent Roll. These Graphs and Pie Charts can bring more understanding to Group, LLC, or Partnership Analysis of Land Development, Subdivision, Condo Development (Unit Sales).
