Investment / Development Analysis Software. Computes Cash Flows with Internal Rates of Return (IRR), Modified Rates of Return (MIRR), and Net Present Values (NPV) before and after taxes. Revised for all current tax provisions, providing many choices for handling depreciation and passive losses. Features Sensitivity Analysis and Sensitivity Comparison Analysis, with a printed graph of results, and Monte Carlo Risk Analysis with a printed histogram of results.

Adds the Reports Menu to planEASe, allowing you to produce reports for: Annual Property Operating Data (APOD), Acquisition Report, ProForma Income Statements, Sale Report, Annual Statements, Assumptions Report, and Rent Roll. Also adds TitlePages, an internal word processor. (Requires planEASe Base)

Graphics Extension ~ Click for more information

Adds the Graph View to Basic and Detail Analysis, adds the Report/Graph button and Graphs to the Income Statements and Lease Analysis, adds Graph Controls to the graphs in Sensitivity and Risk Analysis, adds the Report/Chart button and Pie Charts to the Acquisition Report, Sale Report, APOD Report, Annual Statements, and Rent Roll, and allows the printing, editing, and exporting of any graphs shown on the screen. Portfolio Extension ~ Click for more information

Portfolio Analysis enables you to combine multiple files. This allows you to perform analysis that otherwise would be impossible or impractical and still have use of all the reports and what if analysis. (Requires planEASe Base)

Expands planEASe to produce monthly and quarterly cash flow reports in addition to the standard annual reports. Also adds the capability to project Unit Sales developments such as Subdivisions, Land Development, Condo Conversions and Marina Slips. Most useful for commercial property analysis, development feasibility studies, and complex partnership forecasts. The Monthly Extension works with the Partnership Models as well as all other planEASe extensions, No additional data entry is required to produce monthly or quarterly reports. (Requires planEASe Base) No matter whether you have purchased the Monthly Extension or not, all Cash Flow, IRR, MIRR, and NPV calculations in planEASe are based on Monthly Cash Flows, the 'Gold Standard' in the industry.

Adds Limited Partnership and LLC analysis capability to planEASe, enabling you to take any property projected with planEASe and easily convert the analysis into a Limited Partnership or LLC forecast with final reports and graphs suitable for investor presentation. In addition to all the capabilities of planEASe itself, these models allow as many Partnership Fees as you want, allow for separate allocation of tax and cash benefits, and handle Working Capital, Preferred Returns and Staged Investments.
